Pelecanus occidentalis

Most populations resident and dispersive; some migration, especially in N populations, but movements often erratic, depending on local conditions, and birds may even move N after breeding. Vagrant to British Columbia and Nova Scotia, Canada, and also to Tierra del Fuego.
