Haliaeetus leucoryphus

Sedentary and dispersive, although mainly migratory in N, particularly where inland waters frozen over for long periods. Migrants reach Afghanistan, Iran and formerly Iraq; also very probably to Indian Subcontinent and Burma, where local populations basically sedentary.
