Birds of remaining wild flock migratory, as are those of experimental Rocky Mts flock. Main migration Route
follows a corridor, 100-300 km wide, across 9 provinces and states of Canada and USA, with important resting
and staging areas at several large marshes and riparian wetlands along the way, especially along Platte R. Birds
of experimental Rocky Mts population migrate between E Idaho and C New Mexico. Birds released into
experimental flock in C Florida, though non-migratory, have dispersed up to 120 km from release site.
